I’m Marcy Pullard, a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to guiding individuals and organizations through times of crisis. I specialize in crisis assessment and provide concierge level support, consultation and care coordination. My services are personalized, short-term, solution-focused and take the unique needs of each client into the highest consideration. Services are available remotely or on-site to accommodate those whose professional, financial, or social circumstances require the utmost discretion.

Concierge crisis counseling offers an individualized, short-term, and solution-focused approach to mental healthcare, designed and offered to a limited number of clients. Unlike traditional insurance-based services, this model removes barriers such as limited provider access, pre-authorization requirements for the type of support provided, pre-determined allowances for frequency, and restrictions on the length of sessions and time in treatment. I am dedicated to tailoring services to meet your unique needs, providing the flexibility and personalized care you deserve during critical times.
In June 2024, I launched "The Essentials of Documentation," an online, asynchronous course for case managers and clinicians. The course has also been presented live at various conferences and universities. Due to high demand for additional training on conducting assessments, the online school was established to streamline access to live and recorded trainings. The Center also live virtual or in-person training upon request. By enrolling, clinicians at all levels can deepen their understanding of comprehensive assessments and quality documentation, enhancing best practices and reducing risks.
